Can I customize or create new labels without help from On Time Support?

Yes. But you'll need to have at least an intermediate understanding of database reporting.  The LabelDirect Package also has a step by step manual and an instructional video.  OTS has a lot of experiencewith printers and processes.  We can help you get started and that helps you become more selfsufficient more quickly.
